The Controlling Add-on

The controlling add-on solution is a fully integrated application that extends the basic features of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Cost center  controlling (Dymamics NAV standard module):
The cost center controlling submodule is the basis of Microsoft Dynamics NAV controlling. The costs of the individual organizational units are recorded on the basis of cost type and cost center. The balance-sheet footing of these primary cost types to the cost centers already take place in the system of ledger. The settlement of costs unrelated to primary accountancy is possible in the controlling add-on.


Cost bearer controlling
The Cost bearer controlling module extends the Cost center module of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The aim of the project module is to show which product or service is associated with which cost and income.

Distribution of overhead costs
In the cost allocation diary of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you can transfer general costs between cost centers with different proceduces. By using the Cost bearing module, the costs of the individual units can be further divided into cost bearers. The costs of target objects can be divided on the basis of fix rates, capacity of booked costs or services, or other aspects.

Cost planning
The cost planning module extends the basic cost center controlling and cost bearer modules with the functionality of planning costs and performance. With this module you can plan ahead in the four controlling dimensions (cost type, cost center, cost bearer and subaccounts).

NaviCalc
The NaviCalc module  extends the basic controlling module and the Microsoft Dynamics NAV controlling components. With NaviCalc, you can create multidimensional analyses that are flexibly modifiable and reusable based on schema structures. Most of the controlling tasks mean the creation of comprehensive reports, but because of this the built-in reports have to be aligned with customer needs.
