With the sales module of CRM, it is possible to keep information registered about potential and current clients. By clicking on the chosen company or person their datasheet will appear, where predefined data of your choice will appear. Naturally you can choose which employee can see what. Proposals can be made, closed and pending orders are visible and well as current pricelists and discounts. Naturally proposals can be changed according to the sales process, earlier versions can be saved, allowing you to see the process from beginning to the end. With the help of the CRM system  proposals can be forwarded by fax and e-mail, as well as being printed. Proposals can be save in World or Excel format and even in pdf format as well.

( e.g.: after the first contact of a potential customer a reminder can be programmed to alert the sales employee after three days that a follow up call is needed)
